1. About Islamic Jobs

Islamic Jobs is an online platform that connects Job Seekers (Islamic scholars, teachers, Imams, Muazzins, etc.) with Employers (Masajid, Madaris, Islamic institutions, and individuals) across Pakistan. Islamic Jobs acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not a recruitment agency, nor are we a party to any employment contract formed between Job Seekers and Employers.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.

Credential Authenticity: If you are a Job Seeker, you solemnly declare that any educational, Hifz, Dars-e-Nizami, or Sanad records you list on your profile are accurate and authentic. Falsifying religious or academic credentials will result in immediate permanent ban.

3. Employer Obligations

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Job Postings.

Job postings must not contain discriminatory, sectarian, or unlawful requirements.

You are responsible for conducting your own background checks and due diligence on Job Seekers before hiring. The "Verified" badge on Islamic Jobs indicates basic document verification only and does not guarantee the character, background, or theological standing of the individual.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

You must not misuse the contact information provided by Employers for spam, harassment, or any non-professional purposes.

Any audio, video, or document (e.g., Quran recitation samples) you upload must not infringe on any third-party copyrights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Islamic Jobs a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for matchmaking purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Islamic Jobs does not guarantee employment. We do not guarantee that Job Seekers will secure a job, nor do we guarantee that Employers will find suitable candidates.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense (including financial loss or reputational harm) arising directly or indirectly from any interaction, employment agreement, or dispute between a Job Seeker and an Employer.

We do not verify the financial stability of the Employers posting jobs. Job Seekers are advised to confirm salary and accommodation details independently before accepting a position.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting fake, fraudulent, or misleading job listings.
• Impersonating any person or organization.
• Uploading content that promotes sectarian hate speech, extremism, or violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the security of the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Islamic Jobs reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate user accounts (without prior notice or liability) that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm the reputation of the platform or its users.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of Islamic Jobs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
